HOW IT'S MADE

How It's Made

Every bowl begins with hand-selected white tremella, soaked until fluffy then slow-simmered for over an hour until it transforms into a naturally gelatinous, silk-like texture rich in plant-based collagen. We add peeled lotus seeds for gentle sweetness, crisp Asian pear for freshness, delicate lily bulbs for calming properties and bright goji berries for antioxidant power. Sweetened only with light rock sugar syrup — no heavy cream, no dairy, no oil. Pure, plant-powered martial arts wellness.

STEP 01

Soak Tremella

Premium white tremella is soaked in cool water for 30 minutes until it expands into a fluffy, cloud-like bloom. Trim away any tough base and tear into bite-sized petals.

STEP 02

Prep Ingredients

Peel lotis seeds removing the green germ core, slice Asian pear into neat cubes, rinse lily bulbs and measure out plump dried goji berries. Every ingredient is whole-food and unprocessed.

STEP 03

Slow-Simmer

Tremella goes into a pot with fresh water and simmers on low heat for 60–90 minutes until it dissolves into a naturally thick, silky gelatinous broth. Add rock sugar gradually.

STEP 04

Combine & Serve

Fold in lotus seeds, pear cubes, lily bulbs and goji berries. Simmer another 5 minutes so everything warms through. Serve warm for comfort or chilled as a refreshing wellness dessert.

Dessert you can eat at night

Tremella (snow fungus) is the beauty-food mushroom — slippery, mild, and honestly a little addictive once you get the texture. With lotus seeds it becomes a bowl that feels like pudding but isn't.

We positioned it as a wellness bowl, but honestly it's the closest thing we make to a guilt-free dessert.

When to Enjoy

A dish built for the moments your body asks for clean fuel

Post-Workout

Silky tremella eats like dessert yet stays light — a nighttime bowl that won't wreck your sleep.

Meal-Prep Lunch

Holds in the fridge for days and reheats without turning to mush.

Light Dinner

Satisfying enough to close the kitchen, light enough for sleep.

Oriental Ingredients & Their Nature

Every ingredient here is chosen for its xing wei — its nature and flavour — and for what Chinese food therapy has traditionally used it for. A Chinese herbal low-calorie meal is not a contradiction; it is the original form.

Tremella Tremella
Neutral · Sweet and bland

Traditionally used to nourish yin and moisten the lungs — often called the poor man’s bird’s nest for its silky texture.

Lotus Seed Lotus seed
Neutral to slightly cool · Sweet

Traditionally used to support the spleen and to calm the spirit — the slow, steady base of many Chinese sweet soups.

Goji Goji
Neutral to slightly warm · Sweet

Traditionally used to nourish the liver and kidneys and to support the eyes — in China it is thrown into soups and congee the way a Western cook adds raisins.

Jujube Red date
Warm · Sweet

Traditionally used to build qi and blood and to calm the spirit.

Nature, flavour and traditional use follow classic Chinese food-therapy references (traditional materia dietetica). This is food, not medicine — we describe how an ingredient is traditionally used, and make no claim to treat or cure anything.

KUNG FU PRINCIPLE

Emei walks the middle path. This bowl is neither rich nor thin — it moistens, it steadies, and it does not shout. This is kung fu inspired healthy food, not a diet in disguise.
