HOW IT'S MADE

How It's Made

Every roll starts with wild-caught shrimp, gently poached until perfectly pink — never fried, never breaded. We julienne farm-fresh carrots, slice cool cucumber and tear crisp lettuce by hand. Each rice paper sheet is briefly softened in warm water, then tightly rolled around the vibrant filling. Paired with our signature Oriental dipping sauce of fish sauce, lime juice, garlic and a whisper of chilli. Fresh, fast, and completely no-cook.

Step-by-step making process — Prepare Ingredients, Boil Shrimp, Slice Vegetables, Soak Rice Paper, Roll Tightly, Mix Dipping Sauce Step by Step
STEP 01

Poach Shrimp

Wild-caught shrimp are gently poached in salted water until just pink — about 90 seconds per side. Peel and set aside while still warm for maximum tenderness.

STEP 02

Prep Vegetables

Julienned carrots into thin matchsticks, slice cucumber into batons, tear butter lettuce by hand and cut hard-boiled eggs into neat wedges. Everything stays raw and crisp.

STEP 03

Soak Rice Paper

Briefly dip each rice paper sheet into warm water — just 3–5 seconds until pliable but not mushy. Lay flat on a clean cutting board and start layering immediately.

STEP 04

Roll & Serve

Layer lettuce first as the base, then arrange shrimp, veggies and egg in a line. Fold sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito. Slice diagonally and serve with our Oriental dipping sauce.
