Why we built the Shrimp Avocado Wrap

Adding a seafood wrap to the Taiji Clean line was the easy part; making it taste like a holiday instead of a diet was the hard part. Shrimp was the obvious base — almost pure protein, barely any fat, cooked in two minutes. The trap was dryness, so we built a lime-cilantro dressing that does double duty: it keeps the shrimp moist and wakes the whole wrap up.

The avocado isn't just creaminess. Its fat helps your body actually absorb the shrimp's zinc and vitamin D, so the wrap nourishes more than it weighs. I keep it in rotation on rest days, when I want fuel without the heaviness of a steak bowl. That light-but-fed feeling is exactly what Taiji Clean promises.
