HOW IT'S MADE

How It's Made

Every bowl starts with a gentle kombu dashi and fermented red miso — naturally probiotic, never boiled, no MSG. We fold in silken tofu and sea vegetables, then finish with bright scallion for a low-calorie, gut-friendly light soup.

STEP 01

Build the Dashi

Kombu is steeped in warm water to draw out a clean, bonito-free umami broth — plant-based and low-calorie.

STEP 02

Dissolve the Miso

Red miso paste is whisked into the warm (not boiling) broth so its live cultures and probiotics stay intact.

STEP 03

Add Tofu & Seaweed

Cubed silken tofu, nori strips and rehydrated wakame are folded in for plant protein and gut-friendly fiber.

STEP 04

Garnish & Serve

Fresh scallion on top, served piping hot. Portion-friendly for meal prep and light dinners.
