A delicate balance of steamed jasmine rice, lightly seasoned proteins, and crisp seasonal vegetables — guochao aesthetics on an everyday healthy plate, under 500 calories.
From sourcing to plating, every step honours light cooking — low oil, low salt — to keep each ingredient’s true flavour.
From our kitchen
Jasmine rice is rinsed and gently steamed until fluffy, finished with a touch of sesame oil as a warm base.
Chicken breast is lightly cured then pan-seared on low heat to stay juicy and low in fat, sliced on the bias.
Broccoli is blanched to keep its green; daikon is quick-pickled in rice vinegar and rock sugar for a crisp bite.
Rice on the bottom, then chicken, vegetables, a soft egg and edamame, finished with ginger-sesame sauce.
Layered & freshly prepared — grains, protein and vegetables, one balanced meal.
Hard conditioning and clean fuel are two halves of the same practice — here is what the pairing actually does
Endless repetition breaks muscle down. A plate built around 32g of protein rebuilds it so recovery keeps pace with training.
Slow carbohydrate from jasmine rice carries a long session instead of spiking and dropping halfway through.
480 kcal and 14g of fat — enough to fuel, not enough to weigh you down. A free-moving body is the whole point.
The same stance every morning; the same clean plate every day. Consistency is where the compounding happens.
Per box, with what each number actually means for your day
About a quarter of a 2,000 kcal day — a real lunch that still leaves room for breakfast and dinner.
Roughly two-thirds of the daily reference intake in one box — why it holds you 4–5 hours, not one.
Deliberately low. We season with ginger, rice vinegar and toasted sesame rather than leaning on salt.

Yes — it is packed separately by default. Keeping it off the rice and vegetables until you eat preserves the texture, and using half of it trims both sugar and sodium.
Not as keto — the 48g carbohydrate is mostly jasmine rice. Ask for half rice and double vegetables to cut it while keeping the protein.
Yes. We swap the chicken breast for firm tofu and increase the edamame, so you still get a complete protein profile without the meat.
A cooked box should be refrigerated and eaten within 24–48 hours, with the dressing and pickled radish stored separately. For longer storage, freeze portions uncooked and cook them straight from frozen.
